Exercising the right of withdrawal
According to the O.U.G. no. 34/2014 regarding the consumer rights in contracts with professionals and amending and supplementing certain acts:

Before the withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring any costs other than those referred to in Article 13. (3) and Art. 14 of O.U.G no. 34/2014, within 14 days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, takes physical possession of the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal must inform the seller, SC AxaSoft Consulting SRL (SpringLever.ro) on your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example, a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail. Only written requests are valid.

To meet the deadline for withdrawal is sufficient to send the statement of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

NOTE: Items purchased directly from the work points of SC AxaSoft Consulting SRL, where it is possible to test them with qualified personnel, are not the subject of O.U.G. no. 34/2014.

Withdrawal conditions:
According to the article 14 par. 3 of O.U.G no. 34/2014, you are responsible for the reduction of the product value resulting from the handling of products other than those necessary to establish the nature, quality and functioning of the products. The returned product must be in the same state as that in which it was delivered (wrapped in its original packaging, undamaged with all accessories and materials dividing existing packaging, with labels intact with protective covers not cuted out and together with all documents who accompanied it). Failure to comply with these conditions may result in a reduction of the amount returned applied for diminished value reduction resulting from the handling products other than those necessary to establish the nature, qualities and functioning. This reduction will be given in aesthetic and technical finding of the returned product.

It is not accepted to return products presenting physical changes, strokes, chipping, scratches, shock, signs of excessive use and/or unauthorised interventions etc.

The products must be returned along with a copy of the purchase invoice and the original warranty.

The product can be personally returned at the SpringLever.ro working point, or it can be sent by courier, in which case the shipping charges are fully paid by the customer. The package for which the courier require the seller to pay any money will be refused. I suggest you deliver by ensuring the overall value of the product, we do not assume the packet loss or damages on transit.

Send goods through courier companies, or personally deliver them straight to SC AxaSoft Consulting SRL, without undue delay and, in any case, not later than 14 days from the date on which you communicate us your withdrawal. The deadline shall be deemed to be fulfilled only if the goods are sent back before the expiry of 14 days.

The products purchased as special packages or receiving other gift items may not be returned individually but all in a package with the product or gift.

Exempted from the right to withdraw from the contract following products or services:
- Products showing physical changes, strokes, chipping, scratches, or does not respect the terms of the warranty certificate
- Identical products unsealed by buying multiple items (more than 2)
- Goods received as gift for other products than providing a new acquisition
- Consumable products, which by their nature can not be resold in any form once unsealed
- Goods purchased by special order
- Products that have been made by the Purchaser's specifications or clearly personalized;

NOTE: The damaged or defective products (not defects caused by teh user, that contradict warranty terms), within 48 hours of acceptance, will be replaced (without other costs - while stocks and provided that the product be full package just like when lifting or delivery) provided written notification by e-mail below. If the return are not respected, the product will enter the normal warranty under law 449/2003.

Effects of withdrowal
The seller will refund the product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of informing SC AxaSoft Consulting SRL. by the consumer of its decision to withdraw from the contract.

When at the purchase has been used a gift coupon, the return value of the products will be made by subtracting the coupon.

SC AxaSoft Consulting SRL will delay the return value of the product until the receipt of the product or until receiving proof that it was sent, in the case when SC AxaSoft Consulting SRL has not offered to collect the product themselves (to be Contact the later).

IMPORTANT: Returned products by courier are not sent with cash on delivery. The return of the value will be made using the same method of payment as the consumer used for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has agreed to another method of payment.

If in the initial transaction payment was made via courier, cash on delivery, when accepting the withdrawal request, an operator of SC AxaSoft Consulting SRL will ask the IBAN will be refund. In either case, will not be charge extra fees for returning the value of the products.

Return procedure
If you want to return a product, you should follow these steps:
1. Send us a withdrawal from the contract by letter, email, or fax. Please specify your contact details and purchase invoice number.
2. Wait approval of the application by an agent SC AxaSoft Consulting SRL, which will send you a registration number.
3. Pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories and equipment received.
4. Please do not tear the labels, do not remove protective covers from the products do not damage the packaging bags or dividers. Also, do not apply schotch or labels on the product.
5. Insert the paper package that note the registration number of the request for withdrawal.
6. You can personally deliver the product, or you can send it by courier
7. Shipping fees will be paid entirely by the customer.
