Useful information

To get ordered products, you can choose one of the following two options:

I. Personal pick-up

Products can be picked-up by the buyer, from one of the pick-up sites of SpringLever.ro. The pick-up sites can be found in contact page and can be selected when a customer creates a sales order.

II. Delivery by courier

On demand, SpringLever.ro can organize the transportation of the products, using the services of a transportation company. In this case the buyer is responsible to pay all the costs for transportation.

SpringLever.ro does not assume any responsibility for the damages caused during transportation. The buyer has the possibility to request goods insurance during transportation, paying the equivalent amount for this service.

Under normal circumstances, the delivery of the products bought through the SpringLever.ro store is between 2 and 10 days, depending by the destination. For the product that are not in stock and that will be ordered to the producer, the delivery time is depending by the availability ar producer.

The standard and effective delivery time with which we meet orders so far, has been up to 36 hours from the time of creating order. As an exception, is the situation when the buyer, after the goods has been picked-up by the courier, the recipient has requested to the courier another delivery date.

For products that are not present in our stock and should be ordered to the producer, the delivery time will be extended accordingly with the availability at produces. The order will be sent to the manufacturer only after the payment of an advance equivalent with minimum 50% from the price.

If you chose to pay by bank transfer, SC AxaSoft Consulting SRL will send you the proforma invoice based on which you can pay. You will find on it all necessary data for a payment. The delivery of the goods will be done in the terms mentioned above, but only after the entire amount went into our account.

In case of a payment by bank transfer and in the conditions in which SC AxaSoft Consulting SRL can not accomplish the delivery deadlines, SC AxaSoft Consulting SRL is obliged to return the entire amount within 3 days to the bank account from which it was paid. The exception is if the deadline extension was decided, in agreement with the client, agreement which will be communicated by fax or email.

ATTENTION !!! We reserve the right not to accept to send again orders to persons who have not fulfilled their obligations pecuniary or otherwise, direct or indirect, against SpringLever.ro. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts the same parcel, carried out by our partner courier companies, your order will be considered canceled and the contract closed without the possibility of launching new orders.

The Courier is not authorized by SpringLever.ro to allow the buyer to open packages before signing for delivery, but only after signing the delivery and after paying, if necessary.
