Izzo is proud to bring to you the latest model of professional espresso machines, the new Izzo MyWay VALCHIRIA. It is a manually operating espresso machine that guarantees an espresso coffee extraction in the full respect of the Neapolitan tradition

With its innovative design, Valchiria goes over the classic and traditional lines of commercial machines. Completely made of polished stainless steel with rounded corners, Valchiria is available in the versions from 1 up to 5 groups, enriched with the new and exclusive cup warmer which improves the performance of the machine and allows to heat the cups according to the Neapolitan tradition.

Equipped with anti-burn water and steam wands made of stainless steel, new switch with lower power position, electronic control unit for automatic level of water and external element safety switch, Valchiria is also available in the version with LPG or natural gas plant.

Cup warmer	Embedded cup warmer tank which improves the performance of the machine and heats the cups with steam or in water bath thanks to steam diffusors, according to the Neapolitan tradition. Equipped with mechanism of “always full” and drain valve to make the filling and the cleaning easier.
Switch	New 3 positions switch: off - on – lower power (except for 1 group version).
Accessories	One-way and two-ways arms - Tamper.
Optional	LPG or natural gas plant. Rotary pump to allow water entrance in the boiler.
